BRENHAM, Texas – The Louisiana Christian University men's golf program wrapped up their five-event spring slate on Tuesday at the Blinn Invitational.
 
Blake Francis birdied eight holes and hit par on another 28 attempts, staking his spot in the top-25 with a final score of +11 and 227 strokes, good enough to claim 22nd place.
 
Cooper Ware's best showing came on the 11th hole during the second of three rounds, sinking the shot into the cup on four tries out of a par five for his top outcome of the week, ending up at 43rd overall (+40 / 256).
 
The final destination is now in sight with the Red River Athletic Conference Tournament being held in San Antonio from Monday, May 5 to Tuesday, May 6 at the Golf Club of Texas.
