WACO, Texas – The Louisiana Christian University women's basketball program was rewarded with two Red River Athletic Conference postseason selections to conclude the 2024-25 regular season and was edged out on a third by a mere two points as Princis Goff made the First Team, Kylei Leblanc landed an Honorable Mention, and Yahzmynne Andrews was the Champions of Character Team representative.

Goff, a junior power forward from Atlanta, Louisiana, landed behind only Texas A&M-San Antonio's Natalia Trevino (Player of the Year with 205 points) and Xavier's Kameron Shelley (Newcomer of the Year with 196 points) to register the third-most points across the league (186).

The two-time All-RRAC First Teamer racked up three RRAC Offensive Player of the Week awards along with a Defensive Player of the Week honor while leading the NAIA in free throws made per game (6.1), making the eighth-most free throws per 40 minutes (7.4), and tallying the 14th-highest points per game total (19.7) in the country.

She led the Wildcats in practically every offensive category from points (512) to field goals (162) to three-pointers (30) and even assists (61) on top of swiping a squad-best 46 steals to go with it all.

Leblanc, a freshman small forward / center from Lake Charles, Louisiana, was the runner-up in the Freshman of the Year race, trailing just Huston-Tillotson's Aliyah Carter, with both women ending up as All-RRAC Honorable Mentions.

The fourth-place finisher regarding Defensive Player of the Year and January 20th RRAC Defensive Player of the Week was inside the top-40 nationally in terms of both total (40) and blocks per game (1.5), connecting on the fifth-best field goal percentage in the Red River (50.8%) and the sixth-most rebounds on average (7.9), topping the team in the process.

McKayla Price was the near-miss third selection, coming up just shy as the last player to fall below the cut line.

Andrews, a senior small forward from Jonesboro, Louisiana, ended her LCU career with the highest sportsmanship honor in the league, making 21 appearances off the bench including one start, averaging a board per night and swatting five blocks.

Head Coach Anna Phillips and the sixth-seeded ladies begin their quest for a championship on Friday evening at 6:30 p.m. versus third-seeded LSUA.
