Box Score
UT-Dallas continued their current trend of being a thorn in the side of the Louisiana College women's basketball team, as the Comets won their third straight game against the Lady Cats on Thursday night by a final score of 75-61.

The Comets started the game off hot, jumping out to an 14-4 lead in the first five minutes and taking a 41-30 lead into the half.

The Comets lead by as much as 17 points in the first 20 minutes, as they held a 37-20 lead at the 4:21 mark of the first half.

The Lady Cats were unable to make a comeback in the second half, as the eight point deficit they faced at the 3:21 mark of the second half with UT-Dallas leading 69-68 was as close as LC would get.

LC junior Skylar Chenevert led the Lady Cats in scoring with 18 points and five rebounds. Fellow junior Danisha Allison registered a double-double with 11 points and 10 rebounds.

LC shot just 14% (2-14) from beyond the three-point arc and 54% (19-35) from the free throw line.

The UT-Dallas duo of Amber Brown and Christina Brasnahan led the Comets in scoring with 15 points each. Morgan Kilgore joined them in double figures with 11 points and eight rebounds.

The Lady Wildcats fall to 6-2 overall and 4-1 in ASC play with the loss. They will take the court again on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in Abilene, TX against Hardin-Simmons.
