WACO, Texas – The Louisiana Christian University softball program has swept both of the Red River Athletic Conference's Pitcher of the Week accolades so far in 2025 as Morgan Louviere joins Addison Greak after bringing it home this time around.
 
Louviere, a senior right-handed pitcher from Opelousas, Louisiana, collected her second RRAC honor in as many seasons, also winning the recognition on April Fools Day (not a joke) of 2024.
 
The former Angelina College Roadrunner took a perfect game into the fifth inning vs. Texas Wesleyan, retiring the first 13 batters in succession on her way to a two-hit, no walk, shutout masterclass in which she fanned a trio of Rams with a WHIP of 0.29.
 
LCU has the week off before conference play begins with their Red River Rivals from #21 LSU Alexandria invade "The Hill" for a 5/7 p.m. doubleheader on Tuesday, February 18.
