Hernandez Vivar Named Second Team All-Conference, Motcyka Champion of Character

WACO, Texas – Two members of the Louisiana Christian University men's soccer team earned postseason honors as Aran Hernandez Vivar earned a spot on the All-Conference Second Team while Matej Motycka was named to the Champions of Character Team, the RRAC office announced on Friday.
 
Hernandez Vivar, a junior forward from Prague, Czech Republic, led the Wildcat offense throughout the season, scoring 11 goals with three assists for 25 total points. His 11 goals and 25 points both led the team while his two game-winning goals were tied for the team lead. He took 44 shots, putting 26 on target in the 15 matches he appeared in during the season. This is his first RRAC postseason honor.
 
Motycka, a junior midfielder from Prague, Czech Republic, scored a goal and an assist throughout the season. He was named as LCU's representative to the RRAC Champions of Character team for being the team's best example of the NAIA's five core values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
 
The Wildcats finished the season with a 6-8-1 overall record, 4-6-1 in Red River Athletic Conference play, earning 13 points on the conference table in 2025.
