PINEVILLE – Louisiana Christian University's baseball team has added a home game against Centenary College scheduled for Wednesday, March 29. First pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m.
 
The Wildcats (22-7) enter Wednesday's contest on a five-game winning streak after sweeping Huston-Tillotson in Austin, Texas, last weekend. LCU has won 12 of its last 14 games.
 
Centenary, an NCAA Division III program that competes in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference, will depart from Shreveport with an 11-6 overall record. The Gents are the defending SCAC champions.
 
Wednesday's meeting between the former in-state Division III rivals will be the first since April 2021, prior to LCU's transition into the NAIA. The 'Cats are looking for their first victory over Centenary since February 15, 2020, and their first home win over the Gents since April 3, 2019.
