The Blazers have completed the exact same results over the last three weeks of the season as LC has, with losses to ETBU, UT Tyler, and Mary Hardin-Baylor and victories over Ozarks, Concordia, and LeTourneau. The three wins over the last three weeks accounting for their total for the season. The Blazers began the season with 11 straight losses before getting the win over Concordia on January 4. Belhaven has struggled on offense this season, only averaging 57.1 points per game and shooting 34.1 percent from the field. Their top scorer is junior guard AaLiyaha Thornton who has a 10.5 point per game average, the only player in double figures on the team. Lauren Brooks is second on the team at 7.5 points per game with the team's best shooting percentage, making 46.9 percent of her shots from the field. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Monday night from Rugg Arena in Jackson, Miss.

Louisiana College  9-7 (5-5)  |  4th ASC East

The Wildcats cruised to an easy win over LeTourneau on Saturday afternoon, earning their fifth split in ASC play in five weeks. They continue to perform well on the offensive side of the ball, with the conferences third highest scoring offense at 69.8 points per game. The offensive production thanks to an exceptional effort in rebounding on both ends of the floor, leading the conference with 45.5 boards per game. The inside play of Brooke Jones and Jonika Walton, the top two rebounders on the team have been the biggest contributors to their success. Jones also leads the scoring effort at 17.1 points per game, second in the conference, with Kourtney McGhee turning in steady production at 13.0 per game.

The Lady Wildcats are currently just one game out of the third spot in the ASC race and two games ahead of the Blazers for the final tournament spot with less than a month remaining in the season. The Wildcats finish their road schedule this week and will play the final six games of the season in Louisiana as they try and wrap up a tournament spot at the end of February.
