Louisiana College (2-4) took two from Loyola University (3-2), winning the first game 8-1 and the second 6-5.

Game 1: Louisiana College 8 - Loyola University 1
Tyler Lamers and Deauton Delgado combined to hold Loyola to one run on four hits, while striking out four.  Lamers got the win, going four innings and giving up three hits and one run.  Delgado came in for the final three innings, only giving up one hit and no runs.  

Austin Futrell led the offensive charge for the Wildcats, going two-for-two, with three RBI's, a homerun, and scored twice.  Dylan Roy added a homerun himself, netting him two RBI's.  Zane Corbell added a double an an RBI himself.

Game 2: Louisiana College 6 - Loyola University 5
Tripp Davis came in relief to get the win for the Wildcats, pitching three innings, while giving up no runs and only two hits.  Miles Holley Jr. came in in the top of the last inning to strike out the side to seal the win and earn the save.

From the offensive side, LC spread it around, with six different players each getting one hit, and five of them getting a single RBI a piece.  

The Wildcats will play Belhaven University in Pineville at Billy Allgood Field on Friday night at 6:00 p.m.  They will follow that up with a doubleheader against them starting at noon.
