The Louisiana College Lady Wildcats continued to show their improvement on the court, as they won their second straight game with a 74-60 win over the Berry College Vikings in Saturday in Rome, Georgia on the first day of the Berry College Classic.
 
The Lady Cats dominated the paint all night, as they outscored the Vikings 47-22 during the game to help push them to the win.
 
LC started off on fire, as they went on a 13-0 run from the 5:51 mark until the 2:06 mark of the 1^st quarter to hold a 25-15 lead after the first 10 minutes.
 
Sophomore Brooke Jones was unstoppable in the post for LC, as she went 7-for-8 from the field and scored a game-high 20 points in only 20 minutes of action for the Lady Cats.
 
Rydeja McQuarn (15 points, 4 rebounds, 3 steals), Kourtney McGhee (12 points, 6 rebounds), and Kortney Kling (10 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals) also reached double figures in scoring for LC.
 
Louisiana College (2-6) will take on Birmingham-Southern on Wednesday at 4 p.m. on the final day of the Berry College Classic.
