PINEVILLE, La. – The Louisiana College women made up for their worst offensive showing of the year last Saturday with one of their best on Sunday, defeating American Southwest Conference rival East Texas Baptist 105-75 to secure its third straight 20-win season.

LC (20-3, 17-2 ASC) scored just 60 points in a loss versus Texas Dallas last Saturday. On Thursday, they bested that total by four in the first half en route to eclipsing the 100-point mark for the fourth time this season, all of which have occurred at home.

East Texas Baptist (6-18, 4-15 ASC) put up 45 first-half points and 30 second-half points but could never pull within single digits of the Lady Cats.

LC senior guard Roslyn Wilmer scored 18 points, grabbed nine rebounds, made four steals, dished out three assists and had one block to lead the charge.

Junior Natosha Gottlieb added 14 points, seven rebounds, six steals, three assists and one block,  freshman Skylar Chenevert (Glenmora, La./Plainview HS) 13 points and senior Shasidy Ludgood (Inglewood, Cal./Tusculum Univ.) 10 points in the win.

ETBU's top scorer was Brandace Latin, who put up an 18-point, 11-rebound double-double.

LC returns to action Saturday at 1 p.m. with a home game against Centenary.
