LC men's tennis season underway

The 2010 Louisiana College men's tennis season is underway and the Wildcats, who welcome back Bill McCullin as coach after a several-year hiatus, are making strides despite an 0-2 start.
To date, the men have played two dual matches, losing 9-0 in both occasions to LeTourneau and NCAA Division I Centenary.
In the LeTourneau match, Nathan Boles fell 6-1 and 6-1 to Carlos Cantu, Josh Vickery 6-0 and 6-0 to David Robbins, Michael Sumner 6-0 and 6-1 to Wade Sinard, Cliff Magee 6-0 and 6-0 to Haney, Ryan Meadows 6-1 and 6-1 to Millett and Josh Engen 6-0 and 6-0 to Mitch Guerra in singles matches.
In doubles action, Boles and Magee fell to Sinard and Cantu 8-2, Sumner and Meadows fell to Uli de la Fuente and Robbins 8-0 and Vickery and Engen fell to Bryan Crenshaw and Guerra 8-0.
In the Centenary dual match, Boles lost 6-1 and 6-0 to Matt Shaptaugh, Vickery 6-0 and 6-1 to Evan Magill, Sumner 6-0 and 6-0 to Sam Grace and Engen 6-0 and 6-0 to Jacob Dawson.
In doubles action, Boles and Vickery lost 8-1 to Magill and Shaptaugh while Engen and Sumner fell 8-0 to Micah Treadgill and Grace.
