ALEXANDRIA, La. – The Louisiana Christian University softball program looked to have finally broken its drought against ranked opponents when they moved ahead on a solo blast in the top of the seventh inning, but it was not to be as the eight-ranked Generals of LSUA answered back with two in the bottom of the frame to win, 4-3.

- Bella Houck kept both her on-base (13) and hitting streaks (9) alive, going 2-for-4 with an RBI-single.
