AUSTIN, Texas – The Louisiana Christian University softball program participated in a "get right" game in the opener at Huston-Tillotson, hitting for a season-best average of .563 while tying for its most hits (18) in a 13-0 outburst in five.

Wildcats Top Performers:
- Claire Cullen had a career game in terms of run production, unloading the bases to start the scoring with a 3-RBI double then singling home Hannah Harrison the following inning.
- Bella Houck might not have had any ribbies, but she too set a new career-high, going a perfect 4-for-4 and scoring twice, becoming the fourth Wildcat with a quartet of knocks this year in addition to stealing her third base at LCU.
- Morgan Louviere moved into a three-way tie got the team's wins leader, upping her overall mark to 6-2 via her second complete game shutout over the past week, tossing five scoreless with no walks and six hits allowed, fanning two.
- Bevan Hartnett and Lexi Broussard were ruthless at the top of card, combining to go 4-of-7 (.571) while contributing five runs batted in, three runs scored, and three two-baggers between the two, Broussard's first ever multi-double outing.
- Emma Hunt was the fifth player with numerous knocks, snagging her 30th stolen base of the season in the process.
