Missed Opportunities Stymie Sloppy Wildcats


VICTORIA, Texas – The Louisiana Christian University softball program stranded 11 runners on base and committed six errors which ultimately led to their downfall in a 5-0 setback at Houston-Victoria in the series opener.

  • Both Bella Houck and Bevan Hartnett got ahold of two knocks apiece while Emma Hunt walked and rapped out a hit, adding to her program record stolen base total with number 109 as well.
   
  • Addison Greak started in the circle and went five full frames with a strikeout, then Morgan Louviere faced the final four batters for the Jags, giving up one hit but no scores.
