HOBBS, N.M. – The Louisiana Christian University softball program seemingly broke out of its hitting funk in a doubleheader sweep at Arlington Baptist on Friday, but it may have been a temporary spike in production as the Cats recorded only a quartet of hits plus a walk in the series opener at Southwest (New Mexico), failing to score in a 1-0 upset where the solo score came on an error.
