Wildcats Top Performers:
- Emma Hunt led the merry-go-round on the base paths, going 4-for-5 with a team-most three RBIs, three steals, one of the club's two doubles, and was the only student-athlete to score more than once (2).
- Freshman Reagan Duplechain made her collegiate debut one to remember, picking up her first three career hits over four trips to the plate.
- Lexi Broussard had one hit but it was a doozy, smashing her second triple of the year / her tenure on "The Hill", driving in the game's first run.
- Addison Greak started the contest and got the win, improving to 5-3 after a pair of scoreless frames in which she struck out two while Morgan Louviere bridged the gap between Greak and Carly Carpenter with a nearly identical line.
- Speaking of Carpenter, she was in prime form, registering seven of her nine putouts via strikeout en route to a three-inning save, the first of her career.
- Mariel Medrano, Isabella Battaglia, and Bevan Hartnett all joined the multi-hit parade with two apiece while Medrano logged a run, a ribbie plus a steal while Hartnett reached safely in all three plate appearances (two singles and a walk), also swiping a for the first time in 57 games in a Wildcats uniform.
