Leblanc’s Double-Double Not Enough in Overtime Loss

Wildcats Battle Back to Force Extra Period, but Falter in OT

HAWKINS, Texas – The Louisiana Christian University women's basketball team got another double-double from Kylei Leblanc, but it wasn't enough as the Wildcats dropped an overtime affair, 66-59, to the Jarvis Christian Bulldogs Saturday afternoon at Earl W. Rand Gymnasium.
 
Leblanc ended the game with 16 points and 11 rebounds while grabbing a couple steals and dishing out an assist.
 
Amiyah Simpkins filled up the stat sheet with nine points, six rebounds, and a pair of both steals and assists.
 
The Wildcats (1-11, 0-6 RRAC) return to action in 2026, finishing the season series with LSU Alexandria to open the new year. Tip-off of the game against the Generals (4-7, 3-3 RRAC) is set for 1 p.m. in The Fort on Sat., Jan. 3.
