Price Logs Career-High 25 Points, Generals Prevail In Spirited Battle

 
PINEVILLE, La. – The Louisiana Christian University women's basketball program put together its best three-point shooting night of the year, making a season-high seven treys out of 11 for a blistering 63.6% conversion rate while swiping another campaign-best of 14 steals, but their rivals from across the river were able to eke out a 87-81 decision.

  • McKayla Price was the star of the show for the biggest crowd of the season, exploding for career-highs of 25 points and ten field goals (10-for-19, 52.6%) to lead all scorers in addition to a campaign/game-most eight rebounds and three steals.
 
  • Kaitlyn Antilley recorded new personal-records regarding three-pointers and steals, collecting a trio of each, while just missing her first double-digit point total of 2024-25 at a season-best nine.
 
  • DaKayla Howard also had her best shooting night of her final year on "The Hill", dropping 2024-25 benchmarks for points (14), field goals (4), and long balls (3), the latter tally a career-most, cashing in on 4-of-7 shots overall (57.1%).
 
  • Princis Goff has added a new dimension to her already dynamic arsenal, picking up a career-high in assists at a contest-best five on top of her daily double-double threats of 15 points as well as six boards.
 
  • Deja Tanks contributed eight points, a half-dozen rebounds, and a pair of steals off the pine and the Kylei Leblanc / Breyionce George duo combined for ten points to go along with three steals between them.
