- Emma Hunt and Lexie Marks provided the wheels around the basepaths, accounting for three of the club's five steals, crossing the plate three times apiece, banking five hits over 13 at-bats (.385), knocking home two ribbies (both by Marks), tattooing a double (also Marks), and coaxing ball four (Hunt).
Â
Â
*Triche's sacrifice fly does not currently appear in the box score, but Head Coach Roberts went out of his way to make sure she got her deserved credit.

Â
- LCU ends the regular season inside the friendly confines of Wildcat Park versus Jarvis Christian on Tuesday at 4 and 6 p.m. as the program celebrates the life of former student-athlete Abby Sterling who tragically passed away this past November.
- Sterling, who transferred from Louisiana-Lafayette and was a member of the 2018 and 2019 squads, went on to become a well-known softball coach for Arkansas Rich Mountain, Angelina CC, and Texas-Dallas.
- A ceremony will take place pregame with her sister, Madeline Sterling Vanderweg, being presented a plaque as well as hanging one up inside the Wildcats' locker room. Please join us as we celebrate the life of Abigail Ann Sterling and her impact she had on the softball community.
