JACKSON, Miss. – The Louisiana Christian University women's basketball program has its worst scoring night of the season with free throw woes (40%, 6-of-15) being one of the biggest culprits in a 59-47 defeat at Tougaloo College on Tuesday.

Wildcats Top Performers:
- Kylei Leblanc has all but solidified a spot among the starting five moving forward, pulling down a team and season-best 12 boards while playing for a personal-record 36 minutes on top of the club's lone two blocked shots plus a half-dozen points.
- Jakiya Thompson hit each of her four field goal attempts en route to nine points (both 2024-beats) including a deep ball as she was also one of two players with multiple steals for Coach Phillips.
- While the rest of the squad saw the charity stripe as anything but freebies, Princis Goff had no such issue by cashing in 5 of the Cats' six made free throws for a team-high 11 points while joining Thompson in the multi-steal department and grabbing six rebounds.
