Wildcats Shutout For First Time Since Early September In Finale

 
NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Louisiana Christian University men's soccer program went nearly three full months and 13 matches with at least one goal in each contest, but came up empty in the regular season finale at Xavier (Louisiana), falling 1-0 and possibly needing to hit the road for the Quarterfinals.

  • LCU jumped into third on the single-season shots list as a team on Saturday leaping past the 2013 club with 287.

  • Barring the outcome of Saturday night's game between LSUA and North American, the guys will either be the #4 seed and host LSUA if the Stallions win, be the #5 seed and travel across town to the Generals if they tie, or make the long trek back to the Alamo City for another date with Texas A&M-San Antonio as the fifth seed if LSU Alexandria wins.
