Women Perfect From The Free Throw Line In Loss At Xavier

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Louisiana Christian University women's basketball program did not have much go right Saturday afternoon in NOLA, but they made their freebies, going a perfect 26-for-26 from the charity stripe during an 84-58 setback.

LCU had made 100% of its free throws twice over the past eight seasons, yet both of those instances combined; 6-of-6 on February 13, 2023 and 9-of-9 on January 21, 2016; still fell nine makes shy of Saturday afternoon's effort as it was the most without a miss since at least the 2009-10 campaign.
