Wildats Split Last Home Series With No. 6 Texas A&M Texarkana

Lousiana Christian 2 - Texas A&M Texarkana 1:

Louisiana Christian senior Olivia Coaker made things interesting and won the game in walk-off fashion. The game was tied until the bottom of the seventh when Coaker doubled in a 3-2 count then scored the winning run.

Coaker also pitched the game, allowing no earned runs, seven hits, and striking out two in seven innings. O. Coaker would get the win in the circle.

Junior Bella Houck got the 'Cats back into the game in the fifth by scoring a run to tie the game 1-1. 

Sophomore Jordan Dauthier went two for two, with two doubles, to lead the Wildcats in hits.

Texas A&M Texarkana 6 - Louisiana Christian 1:

The Lady Wildcats dropped game two against the Eagles. Texas A&M Texarkana took the lead in the first with a sacrifice fly.

Freshman Arlee DarBonne was the pitcher for the Wildcats. DarBonne lasted four innings, after allowing eight hits and six runs while striking out one. Junior Miah Broussard and sophomore Brooke pitched in relief, throwing two-thirds innings ans one-thirds innings respectively

The Wildcats managed to score one run; Junior Bella Houck hit a homerun to dead center in the fifth inning. Houck lead the 'Cats in hits, she went two-for-three at the plate.
