GAME 1: (Crusaders 8 - Wildcats 0)

A single from sophomore Emma Hunt got the game started, but the Wildcats didn't earn another hit until the 5th inning when senior Kayla Dauthier hit a line drive to center.

Hailey Nations, earned the victory for the Crusaders in the circle. She allowed 2 hits, 0 runs, and 7 strikeouts across 5 innings of play.

Senior Bailey McMillian held the Crusaders offense until the 3rd inning. McMillian allowed 5 hits, 5 runs, and 1 strikeout, junior Miah Broussard came in relief and allowed 8 hits, 3 runs, and earned 1 strikeout.

The Wildcats fell 8-0, to #12 William Carey

GAME 2:  (Crusaders: 9 - Wildcats: 1)

Sophomore Emma Hunt earned the only run for Louisiana Christian. Hunt started the game with a walk, then super senior BreAnna Corkern moved her to 3rd base by lining to the left side. Junior Keeley Wright dropped one right behind the shortstop, scoring Hunt.

The Wildcats lost the lead early in game 2 against the Crusaders. The Crusaders hung runs up every inning except the fourth.

Wright led the Wildcats in hits going 2-for-2 at the plate and 1 RBI.

Sophomore Brooke Ross, took the loss in the circle, allowing 12 hits and 9 runs.

The Wildcats fell 9-1, to #12 William Carey

The Wildcats will play Tuesday, February 21, against Blue Mountain College starting at 2 PM with game 2 to follow.
