TYLER, Texas – The Louisiana Christian University volleyball program are now co-leaders in the LCU record books after a complete team effort helped the Wildcats stifle the Steers in a sweep, earning themselves their 11th victory in 17 matches (64.7%).

- Each and every one of the 15 student-athletes that dressed for the game made at least one contribution to the stat sheet including Nija Polk (3 kills), Hannah Riggens (one kill, one block, one dig), Morgan Mills (near double-double, ten assists, nine digs), and Ada Horton (one ace, one dig).

- Mills' numbers came despite only participating in two sets, giving her averages of 5.00 assists and 4.50 digs, leading the team in the former category.

- Katie Spell racked up a team-high 12 points (6.00 p/s) and nine kills (4.50 p/s) over a pair of sets to go along with three aces (1.50 p/s) plus a .381 hitting percentage.

- Leah Stamps had one service ace for every player on the Steers defense inside Gus F. Taylor Gymnasium, putting together a season-best six aces (2.00 p/s) and a club-most ten digs (3.33 p/s).

- Aniah Adams and Kierra Jones each blocked a pair of attacks together while clubbing nine kills between them to go along with Katie Spell contributing an additional five kills, two digs, and a block assist to the ledger.

- Win number 11 on the season ties the program mark previously set by last year's squad that ended the year at 11-14 (.440) and 8-8 (.500) in the Red River.

- The Wildcats stacked service aces on seemingly every opportunity, finessing their way to a 2023-best 14 on the afternoon, averaging nearly five per set (4.67 p/s).
