The Louisiana College Lady Wildcats dropped an 11-0 decision American Southwest Conference member and perennial national powerhouse Hardin-Simmons on Friday afternoon in Abilene, Texas.
 
The Cowgirls' potent offensive attack was too much for the Lady Cats on the afternoon, as they scored four times in the first 17 minutes of the match and rattled off 55 total shots on the day, 33 of which were on goal.
 
HSU was led by Jordan Lara, who scored three goals on nine shots and added one assist while Josey Meyer had four assists during the match.
 
The loss dropped LC's season record to 3-5 overall and 0-3 in ASC play.
 
The Lady Wildcats will continue their road trip on Saturday against McMurry in Abilene at 2 p.m.
