The Louisiana College softball kept their perfect record in American Southwest Conference play in tact on Friday afternoon with a doubleheader sweep of the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas.

The Lady Cats won game one 9-1 behind Regan Lejeune first home run in an LC uniform and another outstanding outing in the circle by freshman Sevannah Settle, who pitched a three-hitter and did not allow an earned run over five innings of work.

Game two was made a lot closer due to a four run frame in the bottom of the seventh inning by the Eagles, but the late rally was not enough to upend the Lady Cats, who got two RBI a piece from Lejeune, Emorie Nugent, and Laura Gulotta-Parrish.
