The Louisiana College men's soccer team dropped the first game of the final two-game road swing of the season to Texas-Dallas on Thursday night in Richardson, Texas by a final score of 7-0.

The Wildcats, playing with a shorthanded roster due to a series of red cards near the end of their match against Belhaven, were unable to stop the powerful Comets attack, as Texas-Dallas came into Thursday night's matchup as one of the region's best teams.

Isaac Urcuyo and Jason Horvath both scored goals within the first 10 minutes of the match to give the Comets an early advantage, and they were able to build on that momentum throughout the night, taking a 3-0 advantage into the half before pulling away for the 7-0 win.

The Wildcats (1-15-1 overall) will play their final match of the season on Saturday afternoon against Howard Payne University.
