The Louisiana College men's soccer team, coming off a hard fought 1-1 tie on Thursday night against Texas-Tyler, dropped a 2-0 decision to the University of the Ozarks on Friday night at Wildcat Field.

The Eagles went up 1-0 in the 14th minute of the first half when Tony Ramos scored off an assist from Thomas Mills to take the first lead of the match.

Ozarks then took a 2-0 lead in the 21st minute when Alex Ross scored from over 30 yards out on a high arching shot that seemed to fool everyone on the field, as the ball snuck into the net to give the visitors a two goal lead, which they retained the rest of the night.

The Wildcats (1-12-1 overall, 1-7-1 in ASC play) have just two home games remaining on their schedule, the first of which comes next Saturday against the Belhaven Blazers at Wildcat Field in a match scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m.
