Box Score
The Louisiana College women's soccer team wrapped up the 2013 season with a 4-0 loss on the road in Clinton, MS against Mississippi College.

The match remained scoreless until the 32nd minute when MC's Caitlin Chapman scored off an assist from Macey Lee to give MC a 1-0 advantage. The Lady Choctaws would make it 2-0 when Lee, an All-American candidate, scored her 23rd goal of the season in the 42nd minute.

With the momentum in their hands, the Lady Choctaws came out after the half and added two more goals, one by Lee in the 64th minute and one by Autumn Bolton in the 75th minute, to make the score 4-0, which was the eventual final.

MC set the pace for most of the match, as they were able to out shoot LC by a final margin of 33 to 4.

The victory was historic for long-time Mississippi College coach Darryl Longabaugh, as it was his 200th career victory for the Lady Choctaw.

Longabaugh has been the head man at MC since the school started the women's program in 1997.

For the Lady Cats, it was the final career match for seniors Ashlee Dubra, Lydia Magallanes, Jackie Martinez, and Iris Tuttle.

LC finishes the season with a 4-12-1 overall record and a 2-7-1 mark in ASC play. Despite missing out on the ASC tournament, the Lady Wildcats certainly carry a wave of momentum into the offseason as they will continue to search for their first-ever postseason appearance in 2014.
