PINEVILLE, La. - The winds of Tropical Storm Lee and and an early goal by the Spring Hill men spelled the first loss of the season for the Louisiana College men's soccer team. The Wildcats fell 1-0 to Spring Hill on Saturday.

Spring Hill scored a goal within the first five minutes of game play when Tyler King used an assist from Josh Ledet to find the back of the net.

From there the teams were gridlocked and, although the Wildcats (1-1) got several shots off, only three were on goal and none made it past Spring Hill goalie Cory Bronenkamp.

LC goalie Eric Post had seven saves in the contest.

Next up for the Wildcats is a Saturday home showdown with Hendrix College, an NCAA Division III opponent from Conway, Ark.
