CLARKSVILLE, Ark. - Following back-to-back conference losses to Texas-Tyler and Texas Dallas, the Louisiana College men's basketball team could ill afford to come up short in their visit to Ozarks. Lucky for coach Gene Rushing, two junior sharpshooters combined to lead LC to an 86-77 victory.

Leading the way was junior point guard JeLani Mitchell who posted the highest offensive output of the season by any Wildcat and a career-high with 37 points .

Junior win Jarrod Jackson added 22 for the Wildcats meaning that 59 of LC's points came courtesy of two players.

Sophomore Romanaski Williams also had a career day and went for 13 points and six rebounds while junior Korey Salmon put up six points and pulled 10 rebounds.

Ozarks was led by the quartet of Marcus Bobb (16 points), Kasey Lewis (15), Dustin Morrett (14) and David Robertson (11).
