PINEVILLE, La. – The game started off tough and ended the same for the Wildcats in their second-to-last home match of the season Thursday night. The Wildcats surrendered an own goal and lost starting goalie Eric Post in the first 20 minutes of the game and fell 4-0 to LeTourneau in American Southwest Conference action.

An own goal gave LeTourneau the lead in the 11th minute and in the 20th Post received a red card for a hand ball outside the box on a breakaway by the Yellow Jackets.

Dillon Holt then connected on the free kick for a 2-0 LeTourneau lead and a goal by Trey McLaughlin off an assist by Eric Reyes made the score 3-0 at the half.

An unassisted goal by Edwin Raudales rounded out the scoring.

LC backup goalie John Morgan did a good job in emergency duty, making 10 saves.

The Wildcats round out their home schedule Friday night at 7 p.m. versus East Texas Baptist.  Post, John Michiels, Tyler Green and Nic Philpot will all be honored prior to the match as part of Senior Night.
