Brittany Salloum was selected as the first-ever Louisiana College volleyball coach to lead the inaugural Lady 'Cats team in 2017. She also serves as the advisor for the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and is the Senior Women Administrator at LC.

In her first three seasons, Salloum has guided the Lady 'Cats through the growing process of a new program in Division III, picking up the programs first ASC division sweep with two victories over Belhaven in 2018.

Salloum started her coaching career at Williams College, where she served as the lead assistant for the 2012 squad that finished the season 15-12. She then returned to her alma mater, Messiah College, where she served on the coaching staff in 2014 & 2015 and helped lead the Falcons to a combined 55-11 record and a pair of runner-up finishes in the Middle Atlantic Conference.

Salloum received both her Bachelor's and Master's from Messiah College, receiving her Bachelor's in Business Administration in 2012, and then earning her Master's in Higher Education College Athletic Leadership in 2016.
