Nate Janzen begins his ninth season as a member of the Louisiana College coaching staff as defensive coordinator as well as the Wildcats' Strength and Conditioning coordinator. Nate is considered one of the most decorated and well-respected defensive players in school history where he wrapped up his playing career in 2012. Janzen was a three-time 1st Team All-ASC selection (’10, ’11, ’12) and finished his stellar career with 289 total tackles, good for third at the on the Wildcats' all-time career list (now 4th after Orel Ledet took the record in 2018). He also set the LC single season tackle record in 2010 with 124 tackles and single game tackle record at 22 tackles (Mississippi College 2010).
