Coach Dace comes from Franklin Pierce University. There he served as the Recruiting Coordinator and Receivers Coach for the past 3 years. Prior to that he served as the Receivers Coach at St. Augustine High School in New Orleans. Dace was a 3-year starter at Tulane University. He graduated with degrees in business marketing and business management.
