PINEVILLE, La. – The Louisiana Christian University athletics program hosts another prime time matchup this coming weekend while tennis tries to finally get its home opener in and softball starts an extended road trip.
   
Men's golf has now officially surpassed the halfway point of the spring season and will take part its most localized tournament in Bossier City for the Hal Sutton Invitational.
   
Baseball attempts to complete its five-game HBCU stretch undefeated Tuesday evening at 5 p.m. as the now over .500 (15-14) Diamond Cats host Dillard.
   
For the third time of 2024-25, the (RV) women's tennis team will try to get its home opener finished when the Copiah-Lincoln CC Wolves arrive at 2 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
   
Coach Starkova's troops have another chance to pad the resume beginning at 11 a.m. Friday morning in the Birthplace of Mardi Gras against the (RV) Mobile Rams.
 
The Pineville Nine look to pick up its fourth / fifth ranked victories of the year and jump back into the race for the top-half of the conference when 10th-ranked Houston-Victoria invade Billy Allgood Field for a 3 and 6 p.m. doubleheader.
   
LCU round-ballers take center stage on Saturday as the #10 UHV Jaguars finish its three-game set on "The Hill" at noon while softball returns for a 1/3 twin-bill date with the Texarkana Eagles on the road.
