PINEVILLE, La. – The Louisiana Christian University athletics program recognizes baseball's Jacob Bareswill and softball's Addison Greak as this week's LCU Student-Athletes of the Week with the latter being named RRAC Pitcher of the Week.
 
Bareswill, a junior from Monroe, Louisiana, limited a John Melvin offense that averaged six runs per game to a career-best one hit, pitching six scoreless innings to pick up the victory on the mound while striking out seven Millers and allowing only four total baserunners. The southpaw racked up a 10.50 K/9 and a minuscule 0.67 WHIP while recording a pair of putouts and assists without an error as a fielder.
 
Greak, a senior from Pearland, Texas, pitched just her second career complete game, not walking a single Central Christian batter in addition to three strikeouts during seven innings of one-run work. She led all Wildcats starting pitchers with her trio of Ks plus an ERA / WHIP of 1.00.
