PINEVILLE, La. – The Louisiana Christian University softball program's bats went about as cold as the wind chill in the nightcap as TAMUT held the ladies to one run on just three hits en route to a 9-1 decision Friday evening.

• Two of the Cats' three hits on the afternoon were doubles, coming off the bats of Houck and Jordan Dauthier with each player also walking once as well.

 

• Miah Broussard did not give up a single earned run over one-and-two-thirds innings of relief while sitting down three Eagles batters.

 

• Emma Hunt logged the third and final base knock for Coach Roberts' side, Carley Koch drew a walk during her pinch-hit appearance, and McKenzie Montgomery reached via base on balls too.
