SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Louisiana Christian University men's soccer program could not bottle up the Jaguars' Ronald Aguilar as he scored twice in the first half to guide Texas A&M-San Antonio past the Wildcats, 2-1.

Wildcats Top Performers: 

  • Shakeem Walters found the back of the net for the equalizer in the 17th minute, placing all three of his shots on-goal for a new career-high. It was his fifth score of the year and 26th as a Wildcat.

  • Lucas Lima delivered the pass to the Englishmen in addition to three shots and two SOGs, his assist was the tenth of the Brazilian's career to become the fourth student-athlete in school history with double-figures.

  • Sergio Pita Martin launched a personal-best six total shots, registering half of those on-target for a new season-most.

  • Lima rose to third on the all-time assists leaderboard into a tie with Alvaro Tudanca (2021-22) at ten.

  • Silva did not make any moves but did reach a nice round number with his 100th career save.
