PINEVILLE, La. – The Louisiana Christian University women's soccer program was overrun by its Sophomore stars scoring goals and its Seniors serving up the assists en route to a huge bounce back shutout win over Huston-Tillotson, 5-0.

- Sophomore Elisa Lopez was the focal point of an explosive offensive barrage, coming in for 32 minutes as a reserve and gashing the Rams defense to shreds with five points thanks to a pair of goals plus an assist.

- The Spanish winger lit all of her career-highs on fire in the process, placing two of her three shots on-target for her second career multi-goal night and second career assist as well as the opening score being her first game-winner.

- Another sophomore, Giselle Laing took Lopez's pass and drilled it past the outreached gloves of the goalie for her fifth goal of 2024 in addition to three shots, two of which on-goal.

- Senior Emma Monnet did Emma Monnet things, cashing in her first ever penalty kick goal in her final regular season appearance at Wildcat Field in addition to an assist, putting her in triple-digits for career points at 102.

- Senior Daniela Gomez scored her second goal of her lone season donning the Orange and Blue, her lone boot of the evening.

- The senior love was spread all around the pitch as a pair of student-athletes in their swan songs contributed an assist apiece, one from Maria Alonso and the other courtesy of the captain, Allie Kyle.

- Senior Jaycee Woods finished her tenure between the pipes with one last clean sheet, saving all three chances the Rams launched at her.

- Woods is now tied at the top of the all-time shutouts list with the 14th of her illustrious career, the same number as Jessica Carro Pedreira (2021-22).

- Monnet rose on three single-season leaderboards on Thursday, jumping to fifth for goals (9), seventh in shots (47), and eighth regarding points (21).

- Her classmate Alonso is now deadlocked with Martina Terra Garcia (Fall 2021) for the second-most assists in a single campaign, recording her ninth against HTU.
