PINEVILLE, La. – The Louisiana Christian University volleyball program took part in its lone contest of Homecoming week on Wednesday evening, taking down its Wildcats sisters from Poplarville, Mississippi, Pearl River Community College by a score of 3-1 in an exhibition match.

- Jessica Smith picked apart the PRCC defense as if Halloween had come early this year, serving up nearly as many aces (5, 1.25 p/s) as the opposing squad did as a whole (6) while throwing in a quartet of digs (1.00 p/s) for fun.

- Morgan Mills crossed the double-digit plateau in assists for the night with ten (2.50 p/s) plus a pair of digs while Emma Cother was a dig shy of a double-double at 29 assists (7.25 p/s) and nine digs (2.25 p/s).

- Kierra Jones pulled off the relatively rare feat of leading the Wildcats in both kills (11, 2.75 p/s) as well as blocks (4, 1.00 p/s), all while smashing a .421 hitting percentage over 19 attempts.

- Leah Stamps tallied the most digs of any contest participant at 14 (3.50 p/s) and Megan O'Neal sat one off Jones' pace in the kills portion of the matchup with ten (2.50 p/s).

- The Orange and Blue will have an uncommon weekend reprieve before wrapping up the regular season the following weekend versus Southwest (New Mexico) which will begin at 7 p.m. next Friday, November 3.
