The Louisiana College women's soccer team got two goals a piece from freshman Zully Maldonado and senior Pam Usry to score a 4-0 shutout win over Centenary on Tuesday night in Shreveport, LA.

Maldonado, who has come on strong in recent weeks as one of the ASC's top freshmen, scored the first goal of the match in the fourth minute of the contest to give LC an early 1-0 lead off an assist from Usry.

The freshman would strike again in the 25th minute, this time off an assist from Jayme Harmon, to record her second goal of the match and give the Lady Cats a 2-0 advantage heading into the locker room at the half.

Usry would then strike twice in the second half, with her first goal coming in the 82nd minute and her second coming in the 86th minute off an Erin Biggs assist.

The Lady Cats outshot Centenary 30-12 in the match, with Maldonado getting off a career-high 7 shots during the contest.  13 of LC's 30 shots were on goal.

Freshman goal keeper Annette Londono had her best performance in an LC uniform to date, as she recorded 3 saves on her way to registering the first shutout of the season for the Lady Wildcats.

The win moves LC's record to 2-11 on the season, their second win in less than a week. They will take ETBU on Friday at 6 p.m. in Marshall, TX in an important ASC contest that could very well determine one of the last slots in the 2014 ASC Tournament.
