Senior guard
Shaina Howard, who came into Saturday's game averaging right around 4 points per game, had a performance for the ages against LeTourneau.
The Scott, La. native tied a school record with an amazing 10 steals, and also scored a personal-best 19 points on 6-14 shooting to lead the Lady Wildcats.
Not known for her scoring nearly as much as her playmaking ability as a pass-first point guard, Howard led an LC charge that outscored LeTourneau by an eye-popping 54-6 margin in points off of turnovers.
Neka Jones (16 points, 5 rebounds),
Natosha Gottlieb (14 points, 6 rebounds, 4 steals), and
Skylar Chenevert (11 points, 5 steals) also reached double figures for the Lady Cats.
The win brought LC's extrodinary regular season home winning streak to 46 games, and their season record to 19-1 overall, 14-0 in ASC play.
The Lady Wildcats will take the court against The Ozarks on Thursday February 7 at 5:30 p.m. in Clarksville, Ar. as they look to remain undefeated in ASC play and lock up the #1 seed from the East Division in the ASC tournament.
