RICHARDSON, Texas - It was announced Tuesday that 39Louisiana College student athletes were among the honorees on the American Southwest Conference Winter and Spring All-Academic team.

The honorees were as follows:

In Baseball: Daniel Bonadona (Baton Rouge, La.), Colton Cole (Fort Worth, Texas), Mike Doughty (Crowley, La.),  Josh Foster (Houma, La.), Kory Kottenbrook (Springhill, La.), Chaston LaCaze (Alexandria, La.), Jordan Meisner (Baton Rouge, La.), Cole Prejean (Brusly, La.), Justin Reed (Kinder, La.) and Greg Uzee (Gretna, La.).

In Men's Basketball: Edward Atkins (Lecompte, La.), Jesse Gallegos (Doyline, La.) and Phillip George (Baton Rouge, La.).

In Women's Basketball: Melody Criswell (Flower Mound, Texas), Natosha Gottlieb (Alexandria, La.) and Roslyn Wilmer (Marksville, La.). Gottlieb also received the honor for her work as an athletic trainer.

In Softball: Chelsea Allen (Houma, La.), Meggie Burkett (West Monroe, La.), Emily Douglas (Gonzales, La.), Leslie Eastham (Baton Rouge, La.), Devan Greene (Kinder, La.), Brianna Hall (Shreveport, La.), Stephanie Jaeger (Haughton, La.), Jordan Waldroup (Calhoun, La.), Chesney Welch (Prospect, La.) and Daniele Wilson (Destrehan, La.).

In Men's Tennis: Daniel Bembenick (Alexandria, La.) and Nathan Boles (Pineville, La.)

In Women's Tennis: Raquel Flaggert (Baton Rouge, La.) and Taylor Henderson (West Monroe, La.).

In Athletic Training: Gottlieb, Emily Breaux (Lafayette, La.), Craig Chenevert (Pineville, La.), Jasmine Edmond (Fairfield, Cal.), Abbie Golmon (Alexandria, La.), Nic Philpot (Pineville, La.), Nick Remedies (Many, La.), Michelle Turner (Pineville, La.) and Justin Usey (Belle Chasse, La.).
