PINEVILLE, La. - It was announced this week by D3ProDay.com that Louisiana College senior wide receiver Darnell Williams (Gulfport, Miss./Winter Park HS) had been named to that scouting site's All-American team.

Williams, this first Wildcat to receive this honor and considered the Wildcats' best pro prospect, caught 62 passes for 1,101 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2011.

He was a first-team selection.
