PINEVILLE, La. - The Louisiana College softball team will get its first taste of live competition this Saturday with the annual Alumni Game.

The contest will be held at Coca-Cola Lady Wildcats Field. Festivities will begin at 10:30 a.m. with a ring ceremony in which members of the 2010 American Southwest Conference Tournament Championship team will be honored.

The game will follow at approximately 11 a.m.

There is no cost to attend but donations will be collected throughout the morning for the Alexandria Cosmopolitan Club and its statewide fight against diabetes.
