Get a head start on the upcoming season at the Louisiana College Labor Day Skills Clinic, Sept. 4 from 9 a.m.-noon at LC's Wildcat Stadium.
Players will receive technical training on passing, receiving, ball control, and finishing. Groups will be organized according to age and ability in order to provide training appropriate to each player. Louisiana College coaches and players will use fun games to teach skills, while creating an enjoyable learning environment.
The clinic is intended for boys and girls ages 4-14 and the cost to participate will be $40 per child ($5 discount for siblings).
Louisiana College men's coach Craig Harwell, women’s coach Bruce Deaton, women's assistant coach Tiffany Broussard and a host of current LC soccer players will be on hand to instruct.
Player’s need to wear suitable soccer attire. Shin guards are mandatory and you must bring a large water container. Louisiana College will provide large water tubs for players to refill their containers.
