RICHARDSON, Texas –– 352 student-athletes from 15 universities and colleges are among the individuals recognized by the American Southwest Conference on its Spring 2010 All-Academic honor roll, the league office announced on Tuesday (May 25). The sports included are baseball, golf, softball, tennis and track and field.

Among the honorees were 28 Louisiana College athletes from seven sports and activities.

To be eligible for ASC All-Academic honors, student-athletes must have lettered in the spring 2010 season, be in at least the second academic year at their institution, and carry a cumulative grade-point average (GPA) of 3.00 or better.

A total of 65 student athletic trainers and student sports information directors were also honored.
