PINEVILLE, La. - The Louisiana College women's basketball team, already No. 25 in the latest ESPN USA Today polls, can now boast of being dual-ranked for the first time this season as, in the most recent polls from D3Hoops.com, the Lady Cats found themselves in the No. 21 slot.

The LC women made the jump from unranked (although they were the highest rated non-ranked team) a week ago to 21 after strong showings against American Southwest Conference East Division foes Texas-Dallas and Ozarks last week.

The D3Hoops.com top five this week consisted of Amherst, Kean, Illinois Wesleyan, Hope and George Fox.

The Lady Cats were the only ASC team to receive votes in this week's poll.
